As the technical owner for our domain, you will architect the backend systems that power global onboarding and complex regulatory flows. You will design highly scalable, secure microservices that streamline KYC processes and ensure seamless compliance across hundreds of jurisdictions. Your work will focus on integrating AI and machine learning to automate identity verification, detect fraudulent onboarding patterns, and eliminate friction in the customer journey. By driving the technical vision for our onboarding engine, you will directly enable our companys global expansion while upholding the highest standards of financial integrity.
What youll do
Drive the delivery of team goals, contributing to the definition of objectives and technical strategies across multiple teams within your group or with partner teams.
Take ownership of the overall design, architecture, development, quality, and production environment deployment of systems that have a lasting impact across the group.
Design and implement robust, scalable backend solutions that address both technical and business challenges.
Collaborate effectively as a leader within your group, working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams to drive synergies and alignment.
Navigate trade-offs in solving novel problems, considering both technical and business implications.
Represent your team in design reviews, sign off on critical designs, and contribute to group-wide architectural decisions.
Proactively seek opportunities to address group-level challenges, setting a path for scalable and innovative solutions that can be transformed into new projects.
Share ownership in validating group quality and delivery standards, contributing to mentorship and professional growth of the groups engineers.
Actively participate in mentoring and onboarding engineers, as well as contributing to the hiring process.

Were looking for a technology enthusiastic Team Leader to lead and evolve our global cloud and Kubernetes foundations. This role combines technical leadership, people leadership, and platform ownership, enabling hundreds of developers to deliver reliably and securely in a large-scale, regulated, multi-cloud environment. The Team Lead will own the day-to-day execution and continuous evolution of our platform capabilities, while aligning with broader architectural direction and organizational goals.
What you'll do:
Leadership & Management Responsibilities:
Lead a team of DevOps Engineers in building and maintaining high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable cloud and Kubernetes platforms across AWS, GCP and private cloud
Collaborate closely with associate teams in the platform department
Oversee team's deliverables design and architecture for infrastructure automation
Coach and mentor your team - leading to success and meeting goals
Report your team's KPIs and performance metrics
Put focus on team professional and personal growth
Become the technical authority for your team by demonstrating a hands-on leadership style
Technical Leadership Responsibilities:
Create and maintain pipelines and automation strategies
Lead the automation of infrastructure layer for our private cloud and public cloud environments
Drive the development and integration of infrastructure tools in support of production systems
Oversee the automation of provisioning and configuration for Windows/Linux environments
Work closely with platform departments to streamline their working methods
Handle technical challenges like performance, scale, security, and live production issues
As a core member of the leadership team, participate in 'On-Call' duties on our company production systems, working in non-conventional hours including weekends and holidays (from time to time).
