What you'll do:
Leadership & Management Responsibilities:
Lead a team of DevOps Engineers in building and maintaining high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable cloud and Kubernetes platforms across AWS, GCP and private cloud

Technical Leadership Responsibilities:
Create and maintain pipelines and automation strategies
Lead the automation of infrastructure layer for our private cloud and public cloud environments
Drive the development and integration of infrastructure tools in support of production systems
Oversee the automation of provisioning and configuration for Windows/Linux environments
Work closely with platform departments to streamline their working methods
Handle technical challenges like performance, scale, security, and live production issues
As a core member of the leadership team, participate in 'On-Call' duties on our company production systems, working in non-conventional hours including weekends and holidays (from time to time).

our imaging radar department develops high-performance 4d imaging radar systems for autonomously driving vehicles. the phy algo group is leading the innovative research and the development of the entire algo processing pipeline starting from the iq samples and up to object detection. the group is responsible for the entire radar simulation, including novel waveform design, transceivers, environment, and the radar signal processing pipeline. the group is also leading the phy architecture and developing ai based signal processing. what will your job look like?
research, develop and implement signal processing algorithms.
solve applied radar processing problems.
develop radar and environment simulations for verification of algorithm pipes at the system level.
develop ai based algorithms for radar signal processing. including developing the training and testing environments for these algorithms.
analyze field recorded data and confirm system performance through simulations.

As the technical owner for our domain, you will architect the backend systems that power global onboarding and complex regulatory flows. You will design highly scalable, secure microservices that streamline KYC processes and ensure seamless compliance across hundreds of jurisdictions. Your work will focus on integrating AI and machine learning to automate identity verification, detect fraudulent onboarding patterns, and eliminate friction in the customer journey. By driving the technical vision for our onboarding engine, you will directly enable our companys global expansion while upholding the highest standards of financial integrity.

What Youll Do
Lead Cloud‑Native Modernization:
Drive the evolution of Business Applications into cloud‑first, event‑driven, API‑centric services. Work closely with the Domain Architect to design target architectures and guide teams through migration strategies.
Own Infrastructure & DevOps Foundations:
Define and implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, GitOps workflows, observability practices, automated testing strategies, and security‑by‑design in alignment with our companys modernized SDLC and Shift Left engineering principles.
Break Down Legacy Systems:
Analyze complex legacy components, identify decoupling opportunities, and lead the technical execution for transitioning monolithic systems into modular, scalable services.
Provide Hands‑On Technical Leadership:
Set coding standards, mentor engineers, review designs, and guide teams towards resilient, high‑quality backend engineering. Foster autonomy, clarity, and architectural discipline across development teams.
Partner Across the Organization:
Collaborate with product managers, architects, SRE, appsec, data teams, and operational partners to ensure that modernization efforts deliver real business value, meet compliance and reliability needs, and integrate smoothly within the broader our company ecosystem.

Own the technical direction of the Account Security group, driving architecture, engineering standards, and long-term technical strategy across multiple teams.

Define and enforce engineering best practices and coding standards, ensuring high-quality, secure, and maintainable code across the group.
