Were looking for a Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain business-critical dashboards and analytics solutions across our SaaS products and internal operations.
This role is focused on Power BI, DAX, and business-facing analytics. Youll work closely with Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to translate business questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and insights that drive decision-making.
Your mission:
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations.
Build optimized data models and reusable datasets.
Ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability of reports.
Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
Translate business requirements into KPIs and actionable insights.
Analyze customer and product data to identify trends and opportunities.
Create tailored dashboard views for different personas (executives, product, sales).
Work with SQL-based data sources and collaborate with data engineers.
Validate data accuracy and consistency across sources.
Present insights in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
Requirements: Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer / BI Analyst / Data Analyst.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
Solid proficiency in DAX and data modeling.
Experience translating business needs into dashboards and KPIs.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in a SaaS or product-driven environment.
Strong SQL skills; familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Experience with Azure / Databricks / cloud data platforms.
Understanding of product analytics (usage, funnels, retention).
BA/MA degree in a relevant field.
