Provide hands-on quality guidance to hardware and system design teams throughout all development phases
Adapt, implement, and support quality engineering processes, including clarification and application of regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, DO-254)
Act as a professional focal point for identifying cross-organizational improvement opportunities
Participate in and support failure analysis and root cause investigations
Promote a proactive quality mindset, identifying gaps early and preventing issues before reaching later development stages Requirements B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering - mandatory
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware and/or system development
Proven experience working with quality processes and deep familiarity with relevant standards and regulations
Strong system -level thinking, high adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading) - mandatory
Experience in development processes for aerospace or avionics systems - Advantages
Prior exposure to regulated development environments - Advantages Location: Haifa, Northern Israel
