* Manage all logistics operations within the Installation Unit, with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain activities.
* Lead and coordinate daily work with carriers, subcontractors, installers, field teams, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders.
* Serve as the central point of contact between procurement, suppliers, warehouse, installation teams, customer service, and external partners.
* Plan, implement, and continuously optimize logistics and technical processes, identifying bottlenecks and driving efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
* Develop and manage structured work procedures, KPIs, and control reports to meet operational and business targets.
* Manage distribution and delivery operations to end customers, including scheduling, prioritization, and issue resolution.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices across all logistics activities.
* Utilize ERP systems (preferably Oracle) for inventory management, order processing, warehouse operations, and reporting.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and transportation providers to improve service quality and efficiency.
* Lead and manage the internal installation team.

* Serve as the main point of contact for customers on operational matters.
* Manage end-to-end order processing, from PO to delivery, while ensuring best-practice execution.

In this role, yo will:
Act as the primary point of contact for all demand planning activities
Develop and implement long-term material planning strategies to ensure supply meets production demand.
Deliver flexible solutions to meet fulfillment requirements and support business growth.
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve supply chain effectiveness.
Partner with stakeholders to define, improve, and standardize operational processes.

We are looking for a handson, crossfunctional Project Manager to lead products from early development through fullscale production. The role requires close daily collaboration with R&D, Production, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, and QA to ensure technical readiness, material availability, and smooth execution. * Schedule the supply of materials to meet production requirements with minimum stock levels
* Day-to-day PR/PO management including expedite Pos and push out when needed
* Take actions in relation to material shortages that affect production

The Materiel & Control planner will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Full responsibility for material planning and forecasting.
Managing the daily activities of the Turnkey manufacturer.
Synchronizing production activities to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
Running MRP processes, performing material simulations, and managing shortages - including expediting, postponing, or canceling orders as needed.
Analyzing and controlling inventory levels and trends, including inventory turnover rates, slow-moving or idle stock, and overall material utilization.
Overseeing subcontractor inventories and procurement activities.
Implementing ECO (Engineering Change Orders).
Preparing and monitoring performance measurements and reports, including KPI control.
