* Manage all logistics operations within the Installation Unit, with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain activities.
* Lead and coordinate daily work with carriers, subcontractors, installers, field teams, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders.
* Serve as the central point of contact between procurement, suppliers, warehouse, installation teams, customer service, and external partners.
* Plan, implement, and continuously optimize logistics and technical processes, identifying bottlenecks and driving efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
* Develop and manage structured work procedures, KPIs, and control reports to meet operational and business targets.
* Manage distribution and delivery operations to end customers, including scheduling, prioritization, and issue resolution.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices across all logistics activities.
* Utilize ERP systems (preferably Oracle ) for inventory management, order processing, warehouse operations, and reporting.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and transportation providers to improve service quality and efficiency.
* Lead and manage the internal installation team.

Requirements: * Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics or operations management, with responsibility for end-to-end supply chain processes.
* Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, procurement, and vendor management.
* Strong people-management background, including team leadership, development, and performance management.
* Experience using KPIs, data analysis, and forecasting to drive operational decisions.
* Advanced experience working with ERP systems ( Oracle advantage).
* Proven ability to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and lead cost-saving initiatives.
* Strong stakeholder-management skills across internal teams and external partners.
* In-depth knowledge of logistics regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
* Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). Preferred Qualifications (Advantages)
* Experience in the solar or energy industry.
* Technical background or knowledge in electricity.
