we are looking for a Director of Corporate & Digital Marketing.
Position overview:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and evolve the corporate brand architecture, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Develop brand guidelines and messaging frameworks. Develop company overview messaging and collateral to be shared with customers, partners and the media.
Social Media & Digital Engagement
Craft and execute a social media approach (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) that amplifies thought leadership and drives engagement. Partner with executives to build their brands and leverage them as spokespeople. Monitor social analytics, adjust content deliverables, and report on KPIs.
AI Tools & Process Optimization
Leverage AI-driven platforms for content generation, analytics, and social listening to improve productivity and insights. Continually assess and integrate new marketing technologies and tools.
Marketing Communications (MarCom)
Oversee creation of corporate collateral: white papers, case studies, data sheets, executive presentations. Lead corporate website content strategy and maintenance, ensuring up-to-date, SEO-optimized messaging. Collaborate with product marketing, demand-gen teams, and BUs to align corporate and product narratives.
Product Launch Management
Lead the end-to-end corporate launch process with BUs: develop launch plans, create go-to-market collateral, and coordinate cross-functional readiness. Serve as liaison between marketing, product, sales, and PR to ensure timely, on-brand executions
Tradeshows & Events Management
Plan and execute corporate presence at industry tradeshows, conferences, and networking events. Manage logistics, budgets, booth design, collateral development, and staffing. Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing campaigns and lead follow-up.
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and manage the marketing team and vendors ; foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and identify learning opportunities.
Budget & Vendor Management
Own and optimize the corporate marketing budget. Select and manage agencies or freelance resources for design, PR, and digital services.
Requirements: 15+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 10 years in brand/MarCom leadership roles
Hands-on experience with advanced marketing platforms: HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, social listening tools, and AI content generators
Strong data-driven approach: measuring and optimizing brand health, website performance, and campaign ROI, with at least 5 years experience applying analytics for decision-making
Demonstrated success for at least 3 years in building brand equity and customer advocacy across web, events, social, and earned media
Proven success building and scaling corporate brand, social programs, and website strategies
Semiconductor industry experience preferred but not required
Prior product and or engineering experience a plus
Proactive and innovative mindset with at least 5 years experience leading and mentoring marketing teams, demonstrating change leadership and adaptability to new digital trends
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional strategic thinker with strong storytelling abilities
Expertise in MarCom channels: digital, print, social, events, PR, and web management
Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools (e.g., content generators, analytics platforms)
Data-driven mindset: comfortable with analytics tools to measure brand health, website performance, and social ROI
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus
