our company IT Business Applications team is seeking an expert SAP professional to join their team which supports Operations and Purchasing. The ideal candidate would have minimum hands-on experience of 10+ years in SAP Production Planning & Materials Management. This role would require working very closely with various business teams that include boards manufacturing, Procurement and other Operations teams.
What you will be doing:
Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements, provide system solutions for sophisticated and exciting business problems
Working on multiple internal Projects as a team member or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analyzing requirements, and translating them into effective solutions, in Project Systems and Inventory Management.
Architect SAP system solution & Config system in SAP PP / MM configuration and support the processes already implemented.
Collaborate heavily with onsite-offshore resources including Multi-functional, BSAs, DEV, technical team members to prioritize, co-ordinate and architect/ Implement the solution.

Position Overview:
Be a part of the Global Business Applications group, leading our Post-sale and service organization from an information system perspective using the latest technology of salesforce, Gainsight, Five9, and other related tools including managing integrations between the different information systems, where youll play a key role in shaping our information systems. Leverage cutting-edge Salesforce technologies and related tools to drive business impact, while managing integrations across multiple platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Working with latest technology of Salesforce such as Experience cloud (Customer community including e-Commerce, internal community), Digital engagement, Einstein Prediction as well as Learning management system (Appinium), Five9 call center, CMS. Responsible for integrations and creating processes cross-systems.
Using the tools like Agentforce and SF flows you will build customer journeys to support both our employee and the end users. You will be working together with the business in building processes and solutions that simplify both for the customer and the employee.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage end-to-end projects and items, from initial scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Lead and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Customer Experience solutions, driving initiatives such as Customer Success, Customer Support, Training, Services and more.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and execute complex projects using both out of box features.
Design and analyze various business processes and related data from the requirements gathering to implementation and roll out.
Responsible for evaluating and recommending a configuration that maximizes software capabilities.
