We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP OTC Analyst to take ownership of our global OTC processes, partner closely with business and operational leaders, and help prepare the foundation for our future SAP S/4HANA transformation.
This role is critical for supporting our global commercial operations, ensuring seamless order flows, and delivering best-in-class system solutions.
You will be responsible for the design, architecture, configuration, and support of SAP Order-to-Cash applications across multiple regions. You will collaborate with business teams, GPOs, solution architects, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions aligned with global business needs.
You will support our current SAP ECC landscape while actively preparing our OTC processes for our future S/4HANA migration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional solution design for OTC processes in alignment with global business requirements.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with Business, Operations, and GPO stakeholders.
Evaluate solution alternatives and select the preferred architecture for complex OTC scenarios.
Configure SAP ECC for OTC end-to-end processes: Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, Revenue Recognition, and Integrations.
Ensure cross-module alignment with SD, MM, FI/CO, Logistics, BRIM, and external systems
Drive configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment for all OTC-related projects.
Prepare high-quality functional specifications for RICEFW objects, integrations, and enhancements.
Support global template harmonization and process standardization
Provide expert-level support for complex OTC issues across regions.
Partner with the production support manager to analyze recurring issues and implement preventive solutions.
Monitor system performance and reliability, ensuring smooth operational flows
Work closely with commercial, customer service, finance, logistics, and IT architecture teams.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
Ensure seamless integration with CRM (e.g., Salesforce / SFDC) and other global platforms.
Mentor junior analysts and team members, promoting functional excellence and best practices.
Support training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
Contribute to future SAP S/4HANA readiness and migration planning.
Requirements: 10+ years of hands-on SAP OTC / SD experience in global environments.
Deep knowledge of key OTC processes: Order Management, Pricing, Delivery & Shipping, Billing & Invoicing, Credit & Risk Management, Revenue Recognition, Returns & RMA processes
Experience working in global, multi-region organizations.
Strong understanding of SAP integrations with SFDC/CRM, and cross-module impacts (FI/CO, MM, Logistics).
Proven experience in SAP full life-cycle implementations (global preferred).
Required: Experience with SAP S/4HANA (needed for Aligns future migration, even though we are not on S/4 today).
Advantage: Experience with SAP BRIM and its integration with OTC processes.
Strong system architecture mindset and ability to evaluate solution alternatives.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with business leaders and senior management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
