What Youll Do:

The Salesforce Senior BA is a Salesforce expert with very strong hands-on capabilities. Experienced in leading discovery and requirements gathering meetings, documenting technical and functional requirements. Skilled in navigating, managing technical conversations with business users and have the ability to guide business stakeholders (RevOps, Product, Engineering) to scalable solutions that meet their KPIs and challenges. The candidate is able to independently identify, design and implement solutions that meet business strategies. Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering sessions with technical teams such as R&D and Product and interpret requirements into functional and technical solution designs, actionable tasks for yourselves or another team member.
Manage project scope and limit scope to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Perform hands-on configuration of declarative Salesforce solutions, managed packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation and other custom functionality.
Create project deliverables which may include requirements documentation, solution designs, process flow charts, project road maps, user stories, test scripts and training materials.
Communicate and report project status to both business units and internal leadership including budget, risks and general business issues.

What you'll do:

System Design & Process Optimization:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
Design, recommend, and implement scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions to streamline business processes.
