We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst/BI Developer to join our Trading BI Analyst team.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the analytical foundation that supports our trading operations.

What will you be doing?

Collaborate closely with trading stakeholders, data engineers, and fellow analysts to build, enhance, and maintain business-critical dashboards and reporting pipelines.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or internal tools)
Optimize SQL queries, backend data transformations, and overall system performance to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with trading and product teams to gather evolving business needs and translate them into accurate and actionable reporting logic.
Identify and proactively resolve data anomalies and quality issues
Transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in data analysis or BI development.
Strong SQL skills including optimization and complex query building.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, etc.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
Great at using Python to write scripts for managing data, making things happen automatically.
Experience working with stakeholders to translate business logic into technical requirements.
Proven ability to work with existing codebases/reports and improve performance or design.
A true passion for driving efficiency with smart data, automation, and AI tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal.
