Were looking for a hands-on, results-driven Event Manager to plan and execute events across the US and Europe including industry conferences, summits, webinars, hosted dinners and partner events.
This role is all about executional excellence, lead generation, and measurable ROI. Youll be responsible for every detail - from logistics to post-event follow-up, ensuring every event drives business growth and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of global events across the US and Europe, including conferences, summits, roundtables, customer dinners and partner events.
Manage all event logistics and operations, from vendors and shipping to registration and travel.
Partner cross-functionally to define event goals, target audiences, and KPIs tied to pipeline and revenue.
Drive post-event lead capture, enrichment, and handoff to sales.
Measure and optimize event ROI in collaboration with marketing operations.
Develop event plans and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
Oversee event branding, assets, and on-site execution to represent MineOS professionally.
Build and manage vendor relationships and identify new event opportunities to expand global presence.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience managing corporate or B2B events, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech.
Proven success executing international events across the US and Europe.
Strong project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Experience driving post-event lead capture and coordinating follow-up with sales teams.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Solid budget management, vendor negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
Collaborative, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.
Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%).
