Were looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our Global Marketing Team!
Futureplay is a nine-year-old Finnish mobile game studio located in Helsinki, part of the family for about 3 years now, working closely together.
This position is a Remote position, Monday to Friday (Friday- half day), working closely with the Finnish Marketing team- with the option to work from our office in Herzlia, and being close to the amazing UA team in Israel.
We're now on the lookout for a stellar UA Manager to join our team and help take our marketing to the next level. We dont stand on ceremony at Futureplay, and we dont like limiting ourselves to rigid job titles, but if youre an experienced UA professional looking for an exciting new challenge, then this job is for you. We are still looking to scale our flagship game Merge Gardens.
You are an expert at scaling a successful game to new heights. You are not scared of managing 6 or 7-digit monthly budgets. You will drive user growth, manage relationships with partners, implement & optimize campaigns and maximize ROAS. You can take a higher-level view at the activity and plan your strategy for the next few months. Together with business intelligence, youll also analyze and interpret data to create meaningful actionable insights that support the larger marketing strategy of the product. You have the ability to think big and outside the box, to experiment, investigate and innovate on every aspect of performance marketing.
Responsibilities:
Operate the entire user acquisition funnel for our main game, Merge Gardens, together with the rest of the UA team, in close collaboration with marketing, game, business intelligence, legal and finance teams
Plan and manage campaigns in a variety of channels including social media, ad networks, platforms and DSPs. Experience with TikTok and DSPs at scale is a plus.
Together with the team, analyze new channels & new opportunities and apply best performance marketing practices throughout the funnel
Be a team player, work and share knowledge to help each other grow. You know how to co-manage a network with a teammate.
Analyze the incoming data in real-time to direct budgets where they are most profitable and regularly report on campaign performance to other stakeholders in the company
Brainstorm and experiment with different creative hypothesis to generate meaningful insights into audience behavior and help differentiate the games from their competitors
Manage and cultivate relationships with external partners
Be curious about AI and how AI tools can help us in our everyday work.
Requirements: At least 3 years experience running high budget performance marketing campaigns, especially for mobile games or apps
Profound understanding of the technological side of UA and marketing, for example ad serving, attribution logic, SKAN
A broad interest in marketing and advertising, also outside the mobile games industry
Previous experience in, or understanding what it takes to work in a low hierarchy environment and the ability to independently manage your tasks and responsibilities are a must
Having an agile mindset and love for experimentation are needed
Exceptional communication, analytical and teamwork skills combined with the ability to provide and receive candid feedback
