We are looking for a RevOps Lead who is a true builder at heart. This is a high-impact role for a strategist and governance owner who wants to design the future of our GTM infrastructure.
You will be the bridge between Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing, working with stakeholders across the entire company to ensure our operational output aligns with revenue goals. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will lead a talented team of specialists and own the roadmap that powers our commercial success.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision: Define the holistic RevOps strategy. Youll align Sales, CS, and Marketing operations into a single, cohesive engine that drives efficiency and growth.
The Governance Owner: You are the source of truth. Youll establish and enforce Data Governance Definitions, ensuring our data is clean, reliable, and actionable across the organization.
Team & Roadmap Management: Lead and mentor our RevOps team. Youll own the team's project roadmap, budget, and performance, ensuring we are always focused on the highest-leverage projects for the business.
GTM Process Design: Act as the architect for major revenue efficiency projects. Whether its designing a new account management framework or building out pipeline building procedures, youll create the blueprints that make our teams more effective.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with revenue stakeholders and executive leadership to translate business needs into technical reality and operational excellence.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops, within a B2B SaaS environment.
2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) - Must.

Governance Minded: You believe that "data is only as good as its definitions" and have experience implementing strict data hygiene and governance standards.
Strategic Influence: You can navigate a room of stakeholders, explaining technical workflows to non-technical leaders and building buy-in for new processes.
