We are looking for a Marketing Programs Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for one of our lines of business. In this role, you will become the internal expert on this specific market, customers, and competition. You will use this knowledge to design high-impact plans, ranging from focused Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for top-tier accounts to broader strategies for other market segments. You will be responsible for defining the strategy and goals, while working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to execute the plans.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and lead integrated marketing programs from idea to measurable results, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Build creative concepts and campaign strategies that engage highly technical audiences.
Define and oversee the content strategy for each program, ensuring messaging accuracy, technical depth, and alignment with campaign objectives.
Work with product solution physicists to develop accurate, compelling content and messaging frameworks.
Coordinate cross-functional execution with design, digital, and operations to deliver programs on time and on brand.
Manage the creation of campaign assets (written, visual, and multimedia) by providing clear briefs and direction to writers, designers, and other contributors.
Activate programs across multiple channels, including web, social, email, events, and partnerships.
Monitor performance against KPIs, report insights, and continuously optimize campaigns.
Maintain a deep understanding of QMs technology, market trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioning.
Requirements:
Over 10 years in B2B marketing roles.
Proven experience leading Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and tiered account strategies.
Experience marketing hardware or complex deep-tech products.
Demonstrated success working closely with Sales and Product teams to drive revenue.
Technical Aptitude:
BSc or MSc in physics, engineering, or a related technical field - an advantage.
Strong ability to learn and comprehend complex scientific and engineering concepts to effectively plan strategies.

This role is responsible for building and scaling full-funnel campaigns across paid, email, lifecycle, webinars, and retargeting, with tight alignment to Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Content. You will be accountable for measurable outcomes: qualified pipeline, conversion rates, and efficient growth.

Responsibilities
Own demand generation strategy and quarterly plan aligned to revenue goals and ICP priorities (developers, DevOps, platform teams, and exec buyers).
