Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for all key account-related matters, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
Establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Continually analyze the allocated customers/territories, identifying opportunities, providing a prioritized solution, and successfully implementing the solution.
Responsible for coordinating the entire account management process, ensuring the successful delivery of products according to customer needs.
Work closely with back-office support functions, including production, logistics, accounting, etc.
Collaboration and coordination with R&D and quality assurance functions, making sure that all customer requirements are met.
Identifying new business opportunities among existing customers and developing strong relationships as well as looking for new clients around the globe.
This role requires broad scope analysis and understanding of the ingredients industry and specifically the global Chemical arena, including players, products and regulatory.
Create reports, account statuses and work-plans.
Requirements: Required Competencies:
Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of costing and pricing processes.
Understanding of international logistics and shipping processes (Incoterms).
Good negotiating skills.
Decision making under pressure and ability to juggle competing priorities.
Integrity and high organizational commitment.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree - must (Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Management, Law, Chemical Engineering - preferred).
Experience of minimum 2-4 years in similar role preferred in the global Ingredients industry (Chemical - preferred) or similar global companies - must.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
This position requires frequent traveling.
