We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical engineering domain within our R D team.
In this role, you will design and develop advanced mechanical systems for an innovative automated wildfire defense technology, combining robotics, automation, and large-scale outdoor systems.
Location: Tel-Aviv and Holon, on-site
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of mechanical systems from concept to production.
Mentor and guide a team of mechanical engineers.
Collaborate closely with electrical, control, and software teams.
Perform structural, thermal, and kinematic analyses.
Participate in field testing and system deployment.
Manage CAD models and design documentation (DFM/DFX).
Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (minimum).
7+ years of experience in mechanical design of electro-mechanical and automated systems.
Proven leadership and hands-on design capability.
Strong experience with SolidWorks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary R D environment.
Preferred
Experience with large-scale or outdoor systems, robotics, or automation.
Experience leading an R D mechanical engineering team.
Field testing and multidisciplinary system integration experience
