We are seeking an experienced and innovative Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, analysis, and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, assemblies, and components from concept to production.
Perform thermal analysis and simulations to ensure optimal system performance under various environmental and operational conditions.
Apply knowledge of manufacturing techniques such as machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, and additive manufacturing.
Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, software, and systems engineering teams to achieve integrated product designs.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, drawings, and design reports according to engineering standards.
Support prototype development, testing, and validation of mechanical components and systems.
Identify opportunities for design optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement.

How you will make an impact:
As a Principal Engineer, Provides expertise in the optimization of product development for the Innovalve delivery system and accessories.
Manage current development and production efforts of current system running through EFS and IDE clinical studies
Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, evaluate, and find innovative design concepts for delivery system components.
Design and Development: Design, analyse, and develop components and processes that meet stringent quality, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues that arise during development and clinical trials.
Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation activities, including R&D testing, Design Verification (DV) testing, and clinical trial support.
Engineering Change Orders (ECOs): Initiate and manage ECOs to implement design changes and improvements.
Manufacturing Support: Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to ensure seamless transition of designs into production.
Custom Solutions: Develop tailored solutions for unique design challenges and clinical requirements.

As a member of Design Engineering Group, you will be responsible for escorting new products from R&D to production and managing a team of 4 engineers



Manager NPI & CPE

Coordinate and participate with local and abroad R&D teams on design for manufacturability and implementation of new products in the production line
Monitor and interact with R&D project managers, system engineers and designers to optimize design for operations needs
Optimize and manage design changes for contract manufacturing and full turnkey (DFX)
Manage and control Turnkey activities for system building/subunits local and overseas
Conduct ECO processes to assure system quality, manufacturability and improvements
Manage Sub contractors for Assembly lines and mechanical/ electromechanical parts manufacturing.
Define the product integration processes
Be responsible for building Product/ Production file, Product documentation, BOM, jigs and tools design
Additionally, develop workflows, protocols, and provide tactical direction, programs, support in the administration of NPI and mechanical engineering
Develop, manage and conduct FAI processes for new products and their assemblies
Represent Engineering at PLCM gates and product management forums

CPE

Increase quality, reliability and serviceability by designing improved sub-units for current systems
Design new jigs and fixtures for current products
lead cost savings through hardware redesigns
Field POC for current product support
support current product revitalizations and improvements
Manage EOL and 2nd source activities
Coordinate and participate with local and abroad R&D teams on design for manufacturability and implementation of existing products in the production line
Monitor and interact with R&D project managers, system engineers and designers to optimize design for operations needs
Optimize and manage design changes for contract manufacturing and full turn-key (DFX)
Support the Production line and customer support on an on-going basis including managing escalations
Develop, manage and conduct FAI processes for new assemblies
Serve as Operations technical link to R&D (SW, ME, EE, SE)

Thermal Analysis Engineer (6027) We are seeking a Thermal Analysis Engineer to join our engineering team and support the design and development of advanced mechanical and multidisciplinary systems. The role focuses on performing thermal simulations and analyses to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with engineering requirements.
Responsibilities: Perform steady-state and transient thermal analyses using analytical and numerical methods
Develop and validate thermal models to support component and system -level design
Analyze heat transfer mechanisms, including conduction, convection, and radiation
Provide thermal performance assessments and design recommendations
Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and system engineers
Prepare technical documentation and analysis reports

Provide real-time engineering support to the production line, resolving electrical and mechanical issues.
Lead initiatives to improve first pass yield, reduce cycle time, and enhance process efficiency.
Develop, and maintain work instructions, assembly guides, drawings, wiring diagrams and production documentation.
Develop, and maintain tooling and fixtures to ensure consistent performance and compliance with quality standards.
Support new product introductions by readying production lines, validating manufacturing processes, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth ramp‑up.
Oversee second-source qualifications for mechanical components, ensuring supply chain resilience and quality consistency.
Identify and implement solutions to reduce rework and scrap rates, contributing to overall cost reduction and product reliability.
Manage communication with key subcontractors and external partners to resolve manufacturing challenges and align quality and delivery expectations.
Lead or provide engineering support for cross-functional projects that support strategic manufacturing goals, including automation, lean initiatives, and capacity scaling, when required.

- Development of logic diagrams in the International Automation format for complex logic devices such as Programmable Logical Controller and Distributed Control System.
- Preparation of cable, routing plans and schedules.
- Performing inspects, testing, and commission of the facility systems.
- Work individually and as part of a team to develop new products, support existing products, test and evaluate equipment.
- Provide technical assistance as needed to internal customers.
- Coordinate work internally within the department and externally with other departments to ensure on-time completion of projects within budget.
- Manage service contracts with various vendors.
