NOC team leader
For the leading company in Israel in the field of cloud computing infrastructure, we are looking for a NOC team leader.
Job Description:
Leading and professionally managing the companys NOC team, with responsibility for monitoring, control, and troubleshooting in diverse environments, as well as managing complex projects.
Working with the most advanced technologies in the market: cloud services, databases, WEB environments, WIN Linux servers.
Collaboration with team leaders and senior managers, serving as a key point of contact in providing technical solutions.
Leading processes, improving work methods, and defining systems for monitoring and control.
Requirements: What are we looking for?
Ability to work with managers and promote tasks in a dynamic environment.
Quick and efficient response to incidents while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Significant experience in the NOC field - required.
Experience with monitoring and control tools - required (Nagios - significant advantage).
In-depth knowledge of network communications - required.
Cloud infrastructure experience - required.
Experience in virtualization, Storage arrays, and operating systems - advantage.
Experience working with Linux - significant advantage.
