Job Description
As a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you'll take full responsibility for developing and implementing complex solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment. You will take part in a newly formed MS dynamics team, aimed for providing a full E2E solution for the Customer Care service organization at Wix.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Develop and implement Dynamics 365 solutions
Write REST services in JavaScript for CRM Dynamics (Cloud Solution)
Develop customizations, plugins, and web resources using Power Apps and Power Automate
Conduct and oversee the deployment processes
Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

The ERP Applications team is part of our companys Information Systems department and manages our company's ERP Business Applications portfolio. The team collaborates with our Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, IT, and BI departments. We are responsible for gathering business requirements, detailed designs, new implementations and developments, various system integrations, and providing ongoing application support.
What will your job look like:
Technical Leadership: NetSuite Solution Architecture, setting technical standards, and guiding project direction.
Develop, implement, and maintain solutions across our companys ERP applications portfolio.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and system enhancements.
Manage and control integration processes with internal and external systems.
Lead and participate in ERP-related projects together with BI and integration teams.
System Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, analyze performance, and implement solutions for complex issues, ensuring data integrity and security. Serve as a NetSuite subject matter expert within our company.

Responsibilities
Lead and conduct project activities based on Agile (Scrum) methodology.
Manage game development, architecture, and integration projects in a fast-paced, constantly changing Agile environment.
Work directly with Product Management, Monetization, R&D and other functional teams to ensure the successful launch of the key initiatives and new features.
Ensure status, risks and open issues are tracked.
Conduct team meetings to update status, identify and resolve issues.

Prepare materials for executive presentations and internal communications
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across the organization and proactively suggest or initiate solutions
Maintain high discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
Act as a key support partner to the EVP, helping drive execution across mostly R&D domains
Manage and maintain the EVP's presence across relevant internal and external platforms (e.g., social media, internal communications).
