We are looking for a passionate and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to elevate our global sales organization and help drive predictable revenue growth. In this role, you will build, optimize, and own the programs, tools, and training that empower our Sales, SDR /BDR, and Account Management teams to perform at their highest level. Youll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure our customer-facing teams are fully equipped with the knowledge, processes, and resources they need to succeed. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves building structure, scaling processes, and driving measurable improvements in sales performance. What Youll Do Own Sales Enablement Strategy
* Design and implement a comprehensive enablement roadmap aligned with revenue goals.
* Identify knowledge and skill gaps across customer-facing teams and build programs to close them. Training & Onboarding
* Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new Sales and BDR team members.
* Create ongoing training sessions, workshops, and certifications to support continual learning. Content & Playbooks
* Create and maintain sales playbooks, competitive positioning, discovery guides, and talk tracks.
* Work with Product Marketing to ensure messaging and value propositions are clearly communicated. Tools & Processes
* Drive adoption and optimization of sales tools ( CRM, CPQ, forecasting tools, etc.).
* Collaborate with RevOps to refine processes that improve efficiency and pipeline accuracy. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Product and Product Marketing to deliver product updates, release training, and competitive insights.
* Work with Sales Leadership to define KPIs, track performance, and measure program impact. Performance & Analytics
* Track enablement program effectiveness through KPIs and performance metrics.
* Provide insights and recommendations that improve conversion rates, productivity, and win rates.
Requirements: What You Bring
* 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
* Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and sales cycles (B2B SaaS required).
* Experience developing training materials, playbooks, and onboarding programs.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
* High level of business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Familiarity with CRM and GTM tools ( salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, etc.).
