Responsibilities
Manage the full procurement lifecycle from identifying needs through negotiation and contract management.
Lead and coordinate RFIs and RFPs across departments to ensure transparent and competitive vendor selection.
Partner with Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations to streamline purchasing processes and ensure compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Support strategic sourcing initiatives and vendor performance reviews.

We are looking for a full-time Service Logistics Coordinator for the Israel branch at Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion Airport as well as support for the entire IL service team.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. He/she will streamline communication provide logistics support and spare parts management at the various locations. The Logistics Coordinator will use all relevant computer systems and programs intended for this purpose to record the data in order to be able to produce monthly reports.

Tasks and responsibilities

Responsible for daily data entry (Service/Maintenance reports, etc.), maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Verify that service reports are submitted daily (Servicemax system).
Collecting data from the reporting tool and preparing documentation for various requirements.
Management of spare parts orders, bookings and stock management in the system.
Provide reporting on used spare parts and reconcile with monthly invoicing.
SVMX implementation to get all contracts loaded and accurate data entered
Entering PM plans in SVMX
Management of the work order process for CM and PM, making corrective adjustments if necessary.
Collect and report EHS monthly data.
Provision of Logistics Suport onsite at Ben Gurion airport to receive and ship spare parts
Spare parts stock management of the Stock On Site (SOS) to meet Minimum safety stock
Package and arrange RMA parts for shipping, including all necessary documentation
Perform Quarterly stock cycle counts at Ben Gurion,Ramon and Haifa sites and investigate any discrepancies with Service Supply Chain
Procurement of locally purchased supplies, tools, materials and consumables.
Track and manage Test & Measuring Equipment calibration.
Management of the local customs broker Transworld, to track shipments and support the customs release and supply process.
Assist Service Manager as required.
Other duties as required to support the Israel service team.

What am I going to do?:
1. Operational Execution and Validation Management
* Partner with Vertical Business Managers to operationalize catalog expansion, restructuring, and business validation initiatives.
* Ensure the consistent and accurate implementation of catalog updates across all verticals, adhering to taxonomy and quality standards.
* Develop, document, and optimize workflows for large-scale catalog execution tasks (e.g., gig classification, metadata configuration, and taxonomy validation).
* Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and accuracy.
* Leverage AI tools to streamline catalog validation and manage process automations.
* Serve as a cross-functional focal point for catalog-related operational and validation support. 2. Experimentation, Testing, and Insights
* Collaborate with data and Business teams to translate catalog hypotheses into structured A/B tests and experiments.
* Configure, execute, and monitor A/B tests and validation workflows using internal and external tools, ensuring technical setup accuracy and segmentation.
* Maintain operational ownership of TEST implementation - from hypothesis to execution and results analysis.
* Analyze experimental outcomes, providing actionable insights on catalog performance, conversion impact, and user engagement metrics.
* Document findings and drive the scaling of validated experiments into standard catalog operations.
