In this role, you will lead the infrastructure, processes, and project flow for our extensive network of regional experts - thousands of professionals worldwide. As we expand into AI evaluation, red teaming, and other GenAI-related services, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling this new function. You will help grow our global freelancer network, strengthen operational capabilities, and expand regional coverage. This global network includes GenAI specialists, WEBINT analysts, research vendors, and language experts, all supporting high-impact trust and safety missions across diverse languages and domains.
Youll collaborate closely with our teams to scope needs, design operational frameworks, and oversee execution, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and timely delivery for our Fortune 500 partners.
This position calls for strong project management skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to connect technology, people, and processes into seamless operational systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Serve as the operational lead for cross-regional projects, from ideation to delivery, aligning workforce capabilities with evolving Delivery team needs.
* Manage and oversee the operations and performance of 500+ freelancers and project contributors worldwide.
* Collect, prioritize, and translate research, analysis, and language requests into actionable project plans for global execution.
* Lead multi-stakeholder collaborations across geographies and time zones, often managing multiple, fast-paced initiatives simultaneously.
* Streamline and optimize internal & external workflows through AI-driven solutions and automation tools.
* Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs, performance metrics, and project milestones.
* Conduct market and cost-efficiency research to identify new regions, vendors, and opportunities for workforce expansion, particularly within the AI evaluation and GenAI services domain.

Requirements: * Bachelors degree in business, economics, international relations, industrial engineering, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or similar roles.
* Experience working with multicultural, distributed teams across time zones.
* Proven experience in leading and scaling operational processes, ideally involving the expansion of global workforce networks, vendors, or regional hubs.
* Hands-on experience in freelancer operations or vendor management, ideally within freelance marketplace environments (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork, Handshake, or similar).
* Technical orientation, quick learner of new technologies and practice areas.
