You will be responsible for:
* Systems Administration of the core systems and tools related to customer journey
* Configure databases, automations and UI / UX.
* Ensure data integrity, user management, and governance across the stack.
* Build and maintain cross- system integrations using iPaaS solutions to ensure seamless data flow between tools.
* Being a main stakeholder in the AI builders group to integrate wisely cutting edge technologies together with the well-stabled primitive systems.
* Partner with the cross-business operations team, mainly with RevOps, DevOps and FinanceOps teams.
* Identify manual processes and design scalable automation solutions.
* Support dashboards, KPIs, and analytics initiatives with well-structured data pipelines.
* Support new tool evaluations, and implementation projects.
* Provide training, documentation, and best-practice enablement for end-users.

Requirements: * 3+ years of experience as a Business Applications/Systems Manager or any equivalent experience- Must
* At least 3 years hands-on experience in the salesforce ecosystem - Must
* Experience with iPaaS (Workato, n8n, Zapier, Make) and API integrations - Must
* Familiarity with Jira and Netsuite Administration
* Strong understanding of cross-org processes, essentially in GTM domain
* Project management experience
* Proven experience utilizing AI tools for efficiency as well as implementing AI capabilities within the customer journey processes
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
* BSc in Industrial Engineering/ BA in Information Systems or equivalent
* Great analytical, problem-solving skills and business acumen
* Experience with implementing finance and legal processes such as procurement process, CLM
