You will be responsible for maintaining the DEX environment within our IT department and will work closely with Product Management (PMs) to ensure our internal workflows are cutting-edge and aligned with the companys goals.

Responsibilities:
Feedback Management:
Ensure feedback aligns with the companys overall strategy for improving IT operations and customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for testing and providing feedback on the application.
Collect, document, and prioritize feedback from IT and business users, ensuring it is actionable and aligned with product goals.
Identify and escalate critical issues or areas for improvement to Product Management.
System Innovation and Optimization:
Explore and implement innovative ways to leverage our features for IT operations.
Identify and drive automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
Align with the companys roadmap to ensure IT workflows maximize our potential.
Testing and Validation:
Conduct regular testing of features, simulating real-world scenarios to identify potential gaps.
Validate new features and updates before they are rolled out to customers.
Integration and Collaboration:
Collaborate with IT peers to integrat into existing infrastructure and workflows.
Act as a pipeline between IT, Product Management, and business units, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Requirements: Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Provide training and documentation to IT and other teams on new features, workflows, and improvements.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator.
Hands-on experience in testing and validating enterprise software solutions in large environments.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in system monitoring and management tools, such as ControlUp, Nexthink, VMware vRealize Operations (vROps), or SolarWinds.
Strong understanding of server and endpoint performance monitoring across laptops, desktops, virtual machines, and multi-domain environments, with experience in server management.
Experience managing and troubleshooting virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and physical server environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to streamline workflows and optimize IT operations.
Strong understanding of MDM solutions for managing and securing endpoints such as laptops and desktops
Proficient in enterprise IT tools and technologies (e.g., Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and networking).
Knowledge with IT service management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow.
Education and Certifications
.Certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar are a plus.
