As System Engineering Team Lead you will manage a team of senior system engineers. You will lead the team in working on multi-disciplinary projects in all phases: research, POC, design and support of the portfolio of products in our company. You will work closely with other teams: Product Owners, Project Managers, Hardware, Embedded, AI, Mechanics, Software, Data, Automated Test Equipment and Testing. The responsibilities will include establishing work processes, improving the quality of the team’s deliveries, meeting deadlines across multiple projects and growing the teams’ expertise and capabilities. The position requires multidisciplinary understanding, ability to quickly grasp new technological aspects as well as constraints and the capability to work in a multi-site matrix organization. You will be expected to lead the technical design of the solution as a system of systems, as well as for each sub system of the complete solution.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Leverages advanced Systems knowledge and experience to research, design, develop, simulate, and/or validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions while ensuring system-level requirements and standards are met.

Performs complex functional analysis to drive requirements and specifications and to define and align with standards for hardware and software.

Develops and analyzes complex system level design including requirements, interface definition, functional/performance definition, and implementation of a new system or modification of an existing system.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management teams, engineering teams, etc.) to complete project work, including implementing and verifying the system.

Develops algorithms and works on new and innovative ideas (e.g. IDFs) for a product or feature area.

Drives triage of complex problems at the system level to determine root cause and presents results of testing and debugging to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Quality Engineer

General Description:
Quality Engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and correcting failures in products and processes. This role involves close collaboration with Development, Engineering, Production, and Customer service teams to ensure product and service quality.
Responsibilities:
FRACAS Management
Conduct failure analysis for products and processes.
Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve identified failure modes.
Develop and implement quality control processes for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, manufacturing, quality) to understand the issues.
Prepare failure analysis reports and present findings to management.
Follow up on the effectiveness of corrective actions and make adjustments as necessary.
Participate in internal and external Quality audits.
Support the approval processes for new products.
Maintain detailed reports of failure investigations, findings, and corrective actions taken.
Identify opportunities for process or design improvements based on failure trends.
Analyzing Quality trends: Quality Yield , KPIs , CoPQ (Costs of Poor Quality), Customers Rating, RMA, ,Quarterly data analysis for QBR
Investigate and analyze product failures, identifying root causes using techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA), fault tree analysis (FTA), or failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA).

We are seeking a skilled Failure Analysis (FA) Engineer with expertise in X-ray inspection techniques to join our AV Platform team. The ideal candidate will specialize in using advanced X-ray imaging and other analysis methods to investigate product failures, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and reliability
What will your job look like?
Perform detailed failure analysis using X-ray imaging systems and related diagnostic tools to inspect electronic components, assemblies, and materials.
Interpret and analyze X-ray images to detect structural anomalies, defects, voids, cracks, delamination, and other failure mechanisms.
Develop and optimize X-ray inspection procedures and protocols for failure analysis and quality control.
Prepare test specimens: cutting, mounting, grinding, polishing and chemical etching
Collaborate with product engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to support product development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.
Prepare detailed technical reports documenting findings, root cause analyses, and recommended corrective actions.
Support reliability testing and failure mode analysis for new and existing products.

Required Technical Manager and System Engineer for Precision Tracking
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for precision tracking technical project management at R&D including planning and monitoring of all R&D activities, planning and monitoring of project R&D budget (material and hours), lead of technical activities with the customer including design reviews, acceptance testing and system assimilation.
Overall responsibility of the system level architecture of complex systems
Overall responsibility for System, Software and Hardware level specifications and requirements.
Overall responsibility and active participation in the Integration and Proof of Design phases.
Overall responsibility for electrical connectivity design between LRUs.

Looking for a CPU performance modeling architect to take responsibility over the performance aspects of new CPU instructions or modes of operation. The role includes but is not limited to:
Partners with lead SW and HW architects to co-invent optimal HW and SW solutions that come to address requirements. Influences the direction based on experiments and simulation data
Models CPU functionality, performance and/or power in pre-silicon simulators
Defines and runs performance experiments to aid feature definition. Such experiments can be performed on a pre-silicon simulation environment or in a real system or on a combination of both or even in combination with analytical models
Provides experimental/proof of concept for new features and implementation alternatives meeting performance constraints.
Analyzes the bottlenecks of current CPUs on workloads that reflect CPU future usages
Potentially (in the future), lead a team doing above activities
An adequately qualified candidate can also become the leader of definition for some features in addition to all the roles above.
