As System Engineering Team Lead you will manage a team of senior system engineers. You will lead the team in working on multi-disciplinary projects in all phases: research, POC, design and support of the portfolio of products in our company. You will work closely with other teams: Product Owners, Project Managers, Hardware, Embedded, AI, Mechanics, Software, Data, Automated Test Equipment and Testing. The position requires multidisciplinary understanding, ability to quickly grasp new technological aspects as well as constraints and the capability to work in a multi-site matrix organization. This role is critical in supporting and maintaining production line ATE systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless integration of testing solutions across multiple product lines. You will lead technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee the implementation of advanced testing infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design, development, integration, and maintenance of ATE systems across multiple projects and production lines.
* Manage ATE projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, design reviews, gate approvals, scheduling, and presentations.
* Oversee tester bring-up, integration of mechanical, electronic, embedded, and software components.

FRACAS Management
Conduct failure analysis for products and processes.
Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve identified failure modes.
Develop and implement quality control processes for continuous improvement.

Prepare failure analysis reports and present findings to management.
