mPrest Energy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. We are a global leader in developing advanced DERMS solutions, enabling utilities to manage, optimize, and control distributed energy resources such as solar PV, energy storage, and other smart grid technologies.

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will: • Determine and define project scope and objectives • Plan and oversee project resources and budgets needed to achieve objectives and in an effective and efficient manner • Track project costs to meet budget • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution • Monitor progress and adjust as needed • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement • be responsible for managing and coordinating communications and delivery between the customer, and mPrest’s SW Development & Delivery teams, Quality Assurance, PMO, IT, HR and all relevant stakeholders, ultimately leading to a successful delivery.

We are looking for an experienced project manager, who will partner with our company and will be responsible for delivering projects for our existing clients.
The project manager will handle the implementation of clients requests and upgrades. He will serve as the project liaison between the company and the client and is responsible for all aspects of the project: Scope, Timeline, Communication, and owning the relationship with our clients
The project manager represents the client within our company and our company in front of the client. The project manager works independently, under general and professional guidelines, on routine tasks, problem resolution and any escalations, when required.
Responsibilities
Manage work through the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements.
Work internally with various functions such as (but not restricted to) developers, product team and customer success managers to ensure success as defined by scope of work, timeline, quality, operational needs, and resources.
Complete accountability, from engagement to delivery, for all planning, commitments and on time delivery of our company solution to customers
Customer facing focal point. Responsible for customer satisfaction
Facilitate, synchronize and track progress of the various cross-company teams: Development, Product, infrastructure, integrations, etc.
Communicate the progress to customers and internal teams.

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple high-budget projects within the air defense sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering and software background, proven project management experience, and the ability to handle complex, multi-project environments. This role involves managing projects at various stages of their life cycles, ensuring all aspects of the projectsbusiness, administrative, financial, and technicalare successfully delivered.
Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple high-budget security projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
* Oversee projects at different life cycle stages, from initiation to closure.
* Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
* Ensure all aspects of project management are addressed, including business, administrative, financial, and technical requirements.
* Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and achieve project goals.
* Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
* Maintain excellent human relations and ensure high levels of service orientation and productivity.
* Foster a creative and solution-oriented environment to address project challenges.
