our company's Tier1 Projects Team is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Business Development Opportunities within the company, while providing professional input & guidelines for efficient RFQ Processes & supporting the integration & cross functional alignments of nominated projects. The responsibilities are broad, ranging from the mapping out of contractual obligations to gap analysis & dedicated setups for the implementation of strategy, manufacturing & supply processes aligned to project milestones. The Tier1 Project Lead is the designated POC for direct OEM & CM communications & cross functional team alignments within our company. At project SOP, Team activities shift to AV Supply Chain Team for routine project support of customers that is based on the setup & integration processes defined by the Tier1 Projects team. ME Tier1 Projects Team together with AV Supply Chain Team represent a focal point within Business development strategies & company implementation of the business won.
What will Your job look like:
Integral part of direct Customer/CM negotiations on broad project requirements
Perform as a business development integrator for our company key platform projects & OEM brands - ADAS, Supervision & Autonomous Driving
Proactive engagement & designated POC for communications with OEMs & Contract Manufacturers on nominated projects
Senior Lead for professional guidelines on project requirements, official documents, process setup & implementation of Supply & postproduction support
Cross-organizational Lead for the integration & alignment between project compliance & designated departments involved in the support of these projects
Translate & cascade milestones by defining action items & leading catch-up sessions for progress & deadline adherence, risks & mitigations
Lead for characterization of OEM platform setups at our company/CM for communications on production, supply, invoicing & RMA analysis support (e.g.: EDI, Discovery etc.) integration of new setups within existing our company's CRM & ERP IS applications
Support of evolving project requirements/ compliance & risk mitigations tailor made solutions
Owner of dedicated Project Applications (Tier1 Projects Management Platform & Tier1 Projects Customer Support Platform):
Maintain records of critical data from technical documents, contracts, and regulatory requirements one source of updated project data.
Manage milestones, progress & risks tracking via these platforms
Company representation in OEM/CM Workshops abroad (creation/ presentation of formal company slides/process flows)
Support overall company Tier1 readiness within the transition from Tier2 to direct OEM supplier
Ensure import/export capabilities while safeguarding price confidentiality.

7+ years of project/program management experience in automotive, electronics, or OEM/Tier1 environments.
Experience working with global OEMs, CMs & EDI supply schedules.
Strong familiarity with OEM processes (NPI, SOP, IATF 16949, EDI, Vehicle manufacturing plant processes etc.).
Professional Experience/ Knowledge in multiple & diverse positions e.g.: Operations/ international Supply Chain & logistics/ Sales/ Planning/ production/procurement/Tier1 postproduction/ PM/ Trade/ regulatory & quality compliance
Experience in formal business development & negotiations
Experience in leading large scale project planning and setting up E2E, cascading & aligning cross-functional teams with project goals & deadlines, cross-project resource planning
Experience in the Automotive Industry (including VDA/ ASPICE/data encryption) bonus
Familiarity with our company- bonus
Fluent in English (Verbal & written) & well-spoken Hebrew (German is a bonus)
BA - Industry & Management (or additional relevancies)
Ability to travel abroad (Germany, China, Taiwan, etc.).
