Requirements:
*  2+ years of Help desk /Service Desk experience.
*  Good Knowledge and troubleshooting skills for Microsoft OS and MacOS- Must.
*  Experience with hardware components (Desktops, Laptops, Switch, Firewall, Servers).
*  Experience with software deployment systems.
* Experience with deployment of complex engineering and development software clients
*  Good understanding of an IT backend environment (GPO,MFA, Active Directory, O365, Software Deployment systems) - Must.
*  Service orientation and great communication skills for communication with employees, VIPs and within the IT group- Must.
* Knowledge of networking components and infrastructure (Lan/Wan, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
* Knowledge of information security principles and practices.
* Ability to work under pressure.
*  Self-driven and motivated.
* Accuracy and strong attention to details.
*  Familiarity with Office365 Admin Center, Zoom/MS Teams, Anti-Virus/EDR, DUO, EPM, OPSWAT, Kiteworks.
* Communication skills: High level of English and Hebrew is required (verbal and written).

Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator.
● Extensive experience with Windows and macOS server and client environments.
● Strong networking experience, including configuration and troubleshooting of Fortinet devices.
● In-depth understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
● Experience with MFA and SSO implementation and management.
● Proficiency in managing SaaS applications.
● Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Hebrew and English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Detail-oriented and highly organized.
● A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements:
* At least 4 years of practical experience as a network, system, and communication manager in an enterprise/integration company.
* Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
* Proven practical experience with operating systems, including installation and management of Windows Server 2016-2022, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
* Knowledge in managing and setting up GPOs in an Active Directory environment.
* Extensive and proven practical knowledge of infrastructure systems such as DHCP and DNS.
* Extensive and proven practical knowledge in server and endpoint virtualization, including Nutanix, AHV, VMware, and VDI systems in a multi-user environment.
* Knowledge in planning, installing, and managing virtual applications, including application publishing technologies like APPV and XenApp.
* Extensive and proven practical knowledge of physical and thin client endpoints, including Thin Clients and Zero Clients.
* Extensive and proven practical knowledge of communication systems, including Ethernet.
* Ability to interact with suppliers, consultants, and support both domestically and internationally.
* Proficiency in Hebrew and technical English.

Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in IT/Integration/Networking.
Proven management experience in leading integration/IT teams and projects.
Experience working with networking equipmentswitches, routers, firewallswith an advantage for CCNA/ CCSA certifications.
Experience working with Windows servers and knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces.
Willingness to work in field environments.
Security clearancehighly advantage.

Requirements:
* At least 7 years of experience in IT/security fields
* Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading technical teams
* Proven experience in system specification and requirement documentation for On-Prem and Cloud environments
* Demonstrated expertise in IT architecture design
* Knowledge of security standards and regulations
* Relevant technical certifications in infrastructure and cybersecurity an advantage
* Security clearance a major advantage
