As a Technical project manager you will be responsible for providing technical project planning, management and oversight for key initiatives and implementation projects. Ensuring first that these initiatives and projects are closely aligned with our strategic priorities, and second, that the projects are completed on-time, within scope and with a high quality of deliverables.
Youll be a member of our Product department and serve as a key link between product managers, all R&D teams, QA, Operations and CSM, and Account delivery team You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management.
What youll do:
Track, report, monitor and control projects from initiation throughout the project life cycle until full implementation.
Implement project management best practices around: progress management, Gantt, resource management, cost management, risk assessment, change management, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitment
Work closely with all R&D teams, product teams, QA, Operations and account delivery team
Solve problems throughout the project life cycle, balance the needs of both business and technological interfaces.
Track product quarterly goals reaching the implementation within the time and scope defined
Part of the defining the solutioning and align with product lead and r&d lead
Lead cross domain projects with multiple teams involved
Become the department key link for external project for example: clients in risk, projects with deadline.

We are looking for a highly driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for expansion and upsell. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.

Responsibilities
What Youll Be Doing

Own and manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
Drive contract renewals and proactively manage the subscription lifecycle to maximize retention.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to drive additional value for customers.
Partner with Customer Success and Technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and continued success.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company offerings to effectively communicate value propositions and align solutions to customer needs.

We are looking for a Program Manager to support the Program Management group in daily operational tasks, with a primary focus on Jira administration and monitoring agile workflows. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Jira, a solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and the ability to analyze and interpret project workflows.

Please note: This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, expected to last approximately 6 months.

What youll do:

Jira basic management:

Create and manage dashboards, filters, and boards based on team and initiative needs.

Maintain and update workflows, issue types, and custom fields when needed.

Ensure proper project configurations.


Reporting and Monitoring:

Extract and format Jira reports for program management and stakeholder reviews.

Generate insights on sprint health, burndown trends, and velocity tracking.

Identify and monitor issues crossing multiple epics, teams, or initiatives.

Track overdue items, and priority changes, and escalate when necessary.


Sprint and Workflow Oversight:

Assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning preparation by providing data insights.

Ensure alignment between Jira configuration and actual team practices.
