As a Program Manager you will be playing a pivotal role in overseeing multiple projects within the Customer Operations and Success group to ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic and operational objectives. You will manage the interdependencies among various projects and ensure the overall program goals are met. Additionally, you will oversee programs, develop, and maintain project management standards, metrics, and tools for the enablement of tracking progress and mitigating risks. As a Program Manager will work with various stakeholders in the company and in the group to ensure proper planning and excellent execution across all projects and programs. What you’ll do: Program Planning: Develop and articulate the program's strategic and operational objectives in alignment with the organization's goals. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources required. Program Oversight: Oversee and coordinate the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage budgets and resource allocation across projects. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships. Communicate project progress and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure objectives are met. Facilitate collaboration among teams and promote a positive work environment. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address issues proactively. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on program performance, including key metrics and achievements.

We are looking for a Program Manager to support the Program Management group in daily operational tasks, with a primary focus on Jira administration and monitoring agile workflows. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Jira, a solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and the ability to analyze and interpret project workflows.

Please note: This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, expected to last approximately 6 months.

What youll do:

Jira basic management:

Create and manage dashboards, filters, and boards based on team and initiative needs.

Maintain and update workflows, issue types, and custom fields when needed.

Ensure proper project configurations.


Reporting and Monitoring:

Extract and format Jira reports for program management and stakeholder reviews.

Generate insights on sprint health, burndown trends, and velocity tracking.

Identify and monitor issues crossing multiple epics, teams, or initiatives.

Track overdue items, and priority changes, and escalate when necessary.


Sprint and Workflow Oversight:

Assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning preparation by providing data insights.

Ensure alignment between Jira configuration and actual team practices.

we are seeking a proactive and strategic Engineering Tech Ops leader to steer the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of tools and technologies that enhance engineering productivity and collaboration. While primarily supporting the Engineering organization, this role also supports the broader Dynamic Yield organization. The role reports to the VP of Engineering Operations.

Role
● Manage, analyze and implement Engineering tools and technologies that enhance productivity and collaboration
○ Collaborate with Engineering teams to evaluate and define Engineering workflows and required tools
○ Participate in AI pilots and lead Engineering-wide rollouts of successful solutions
○ Conduct gap analyses to assess and recommend optimal technology solutions
○ Educate Engineering teams on approved technologies and best practices
● Lead strategic cross-Engineering initiatives
○ Oversee key technology integration projects
○ Define and manage knowledge-sharing frameworks (e.g. SharePoint groups, distribution Lists, Slack channels)
○ Drive cost management analysis and tools for product development
○ Support Engineering and Operations strategy through special projects and ad-hoc initiatives
● Drive continuous improvement in Engineering practices and procedures
○ Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies and best practices

This role is responsible for leading the FinOps practice across our Financial Compliance, ensuring optimal use of cloud resources, managing cost predictability, and maintaining financial discipline across all business units. The specialist will own and evolve the internal product pricing calculator and provide continuous insight into the expected and actual cost structure of our AWS-hosted, Kubernetes-based multi-tenant architecture.

This is a hybrid technical-financial role requiring advanced understanding of cloud architecture and pricing models, alongside financial acumen for forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and performance reporting.

What youll do:

1. Product Pricing Ownership:
Maintain and evolve the internal AWS product pricing calculator.
Translate complex Kubernetes deployment models and service configurations (e.g., OpenSearch, EKS, data transfer patterns) into actionable cost models.
Incorporate cost variability into pricing decisions, including compute, storage, cross-region transfers, and scaling dynamics.
Work with the CTO to align technical design with pricing logic and cost structure.
2. Cloud Cost Management and Optimization:
Monitor real-time cloud consumption data across our environments (POC, production, demo, development).
Identify inefficiencies and over-provisioning, recommend rightsizing and reserved instance/savings plans strategies.
Set and enforce budgets per business unit, project, or environment.
Design and implement alerts, dashboards, and reporting in tools such as Anodot, AWS Cost Explorer, CloudWatch, or custom BI tools.
3. FinOps Culture Champion:
Act as the central cost optimization authority across CloudOps, DevOps, Delivery, and R&D teams.
Run bi-weekly/quarterly cost review cadences and publish cost health dashboards.
Educate teams on cost-efficient architecture, usage of spot instances, caching, storage lifecycle rules, etc.
Promote accountability by assigning cost KPIs and budget adherence metrics.
4. Management Reporting and KPI Tracking:
Generate executive-level insights and forecasts on cloud cost trends, anomalies, and risks.
Define and report against key FinOps KPIs such as cost/unit, cost of service, cost per deployment, budget variance, forecast accuracy.
Provide decision-making support to management based on real-time and retroactive data analysis.
