We are looking for a Marketing Localization Manager (Spanish Native Speaker).
As a Marketing Localization Manager for the Spanish speaking market, you'll adapt and localize global marketing campaigns to resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences. Youll ensure cultural relevance, maintain brand consistency, and oversee localization workflows across various marketing channels. In your day-to-day, you will:
Localize and adapt global marketing campaigns and content for the Spanish-speaking market .
Collaborate with other teams to ensure creative consistency, optimal solutions, and cultural relevane .
Lead the transcreation process to align messaging with cultural nd consumer expectations .
Manage localization workflows, timelines, and quality control across all marketing channels .
Follow, maintain, and develop a Spanish style guide and terminology database .
Work with localization vendors and freelance linguists to ensure high-quality output.
Requirements: 13 years of experience in marketing localization, content marketing, or digital marketing in an international organization, including experience working with paid media, SEO and content performance metrics .
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field
Native-level fluency in Spanish and excellent written and verbal communication in English .
Proven ability to transcreate and adapt marketing content creatively and effectively.
Deep understanding of the Spanish market, audience behavior, and cultural trends .
Ability to manage multiple localization projects simultaneously .
Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and a passion for high-quality content.
Familiarity with content design, UX writing, or brand storytelling
