Were looking for a Creative & Studio Director to lead our in-house creative engine a multidisciplinary team of video editors, marketing designers, and producers. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of performance-driven creativity, data fluency, and production excellence.
Youll own the development, production, and execution of high-performing creative assets across channels, with a strong focus on discovery platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and beyond). From concept to delivery, youll oversee a team that ideates, scripts, shoots, edits, and tests creative that not only captures attention but converts.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the Creative Studio team, including video editors, motion designers, producers, and marketing designers.
Oversee both creative development and production operations, including in-house shoots, post-production workflows, and vendor management.
Partner with UA, Brand, Product Marketing, and Data teams to develop breakthrough performance creatives for acquisition campaigns.
Manage the full lifecycle of creative assets from briefing and scripting to production, editing, versioning, and post-launch analysis.
Build and optimize repeatable processes for creative testing, performance tracking, and rapid iteration.
Use performance data to drive creative strategy, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of creative experimentation and innovation across storytelling formats and platforms.
Maintain the highest standards for storytelling, production quality, and brand consistency.
Aim for a high pace and a high performing team that runs creative at scale with dozens of deliverables every week.
Utilize AI and other advanced method of creation and operations in order to hit weekly targets.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in performance-focused environments (e.g., DTC, consumer tech, or growth marketing).
Deep understanding of the creative demands of user acquisition on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and other discovery channels.
Proven experience managing and scaling internal creative and production teams.
Strong operational background in managing in-house shoots and post-production workflows.
Hands-on experience with AI, video and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Figma).
Sharp analytical skills comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into creative direction.
Ability to lead with vision, build scalable creative operations, and move fast without sacrificing quality.
Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills.
