Were a fast-growing cybersecurity startup looking for a Training & OD Manager to shape and scale our global learning strategy. In this role, youll design impactful training programs, drive leadership development, and partner with senior leaders to strengthen our organizational capabilities across regions with a strong emphasis on the U.S. market. Part of the role will include acting as an HR Business Partner,providing support and guidance to managers and employees, and partnering closely with leadership to ensure alignment between global initiatives and site needs.
What will you do:
* Build and own our global L&D and OD strategy.
* Design onboarding and learning programs across functions (Sales, R&D, CS, Ops).
* Lead leadership development and change management initiatives.
* Implement digital learning tools and manage our LMS.
* Drive talent, career, and succession programs.
* Partner with leaders to embed culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
* Support managers and employees, and provide hands-on guidance for day-to-day people matters.
Requirements: * 7+ years in L&D/OD, with at least 5 years in global companies (preferably U.S.-focused).
* Strong background in leadership development, organizational change, and global learning programs.
* Hands-on experience with LMS and digital learning tools.
* Excellent English (native-level).
* Experience in high-tech.
* Strategic yet hands-on, with excellent facilitation and communication skills.
