Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Linux, macOS, and Windows operating systems across all user levels.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies - Active Directory and OKTA.
Perform system updates, patching, and routine maintenance across all platforms via GPO and Patch management tools.
Utilize scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to automate recurring tasks and streamline processes.
Manage hardware, setup, repairs, and component replacements.

Main responsibilities:
Delivery and maintenance of quick and effective solutions for various IT technical issues.
Users management at all systems permissions, group policy management, etc.
Operations and support of Windows platforms and systems (including Office 365)
Operations and support of security systems
Operations and support of Cisco telephony systems
Installation of endpoint equipment, printers, and more
Operations and support of CDR systems (Content Disarm and Reconstruction)
Installation of new Software

DRS RADA is looking for a service-oriented Service Desk Specialist with high hands-on technical knowledge level to be part of the growing DRS RADA Technologies IT Services Team in Netanya. The Team provides IT support to DRS RADA’s employees, responsible for user's equipment, accounts and more.
* Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance.
* Respond to requests for technical assistance (in person, via phone, email and ticket support center).
* Basic troubleshooting of the local office network switches, access points and printers.
* Install and troubleshoot end user equipment, software, hardware, multimedia, and telecommunications systems.
* Users, Groups, and Permissions management across all company systems\services.
* Monitor and work with the Help desk support ticketing system (Freshservice).
* Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline IT processes (Batch, PS & Python).
* Create knowledge base articles and documentation on implemented solutions and system configurations.
* Provide software and hardware technical assistance. The position is in Netanya and includes travel to our other sites from time to time.

Lead and manage the Corporate Applications team, including hiring, mentoring, conducting performance reviews, and supporting technical and professional development
Oversee the design, deployment, and support of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, HRIS, Legal, and other Finance systems) while managing the collaboration with cross-functional teams
Manage application lifecycles, including upgrades, integrations, and retirements
Ensure proper documentation, training, and support processes are in place for all corporate applications
Develop and manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Work closely with the internal stakeholders to define and manage the execution of new solutions supporting our companys operational goals
Monitor, control, and assess the deployment of deliverables.
