About the job
Highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst with 2+ years of experience seeking to leverage strong analytical and financial modeling skills to contribute to a dynamic team.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate effectively to support strategic financial planning initiatives.
This is a full-time position based in Natanya, Israel.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review of monthly/quarterly/annually forecasts and monitor actual results against plan.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to improve business results.
Forecasting & Budgeting with collaborating on creating financial forecasts and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as R&D IT and HR to ensure data accuracy and alignment and address any spending concerns.
Assists consolidate, and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations for senior management for the parent company.
Assist in preparation of the annual five-year strategic plan budget.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management or business partners.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial tools and applications, and hands-on experience with systems like Salesforce, One Stream, and Expense Management systems. The candidate will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of these systems within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the analysis, design, and implementation of financial systems, including Salesforce, One Stream, and expense management tools.
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure effective integration and functionality of financial systems.
* Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of financial applications.
* Understand user needs and provide comprehensive support, including user training, guidance, and troubleshooting.
* Create and maintain documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and training materials.
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that system requirements align with business goals and processes.
* Assist in data analysis, reporting, and monitoring of financial applications.
* Write characterization documents and perform development tests to ensure system functionality meets business needs.

Whats the Job?
The System analyst goal is to deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex Insurance business problems. The analyst plays a key role in determining the optimal use of the product per client. He will liaison between the business side to the implementation and the development team in-house: needs to collaborate with end users and the project staff to evaluate the system, turn business goals into technical requirements.
