We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Facilities Lead to join our Operations team in Israel. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring operational excellence across some of our buildings, leading Services strategy, and supporting our vibrant community teams.
In this role, your responsibilities will Include, but wont be limited to:
-Overview of Expectations
Responsible for the ownership and management of their allocated Divisions operational standards and KPIs.
Proactive approach to Operational Standards, Safety, Communication and Cost Management.
Support the Operational openings, Facilities and project management of new buildings / openings.
Ensure Internal & External team Schedules (PPM & QAs), Documentation and Processes (Knowledge) are completed to a high standard and on time
Manage Operations back office in terms of shared drive standard and process to keep consistency across the region.
Suppot & Drive Operations projects to increase & Achive world class operation system
Overseeing all the Hard Services aspects in buildings- Facilities, inventory management, gardening, etc
Requirements: -3+ years of experience in facilities, operations, or property management preferably in multi-site environments.
-Strong background in managing vendors, budgets, and compliance processes.
-Demonstrated experience with Hard Services, PPM, and reactive maintenance - an advantage.
-Proactive leader with a passion for high standards, safety, and service excellence.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
-Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
