"You will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams of account managers, marketing analysts and CTV activation team, driving results across multiple international and local clients, while shaping strategic direction, innovation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic advisor to global and domestic clients, leading integrated media and performance strategies across all channels-offline, digital, and paid media platforms.
Oversee the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to growth and retention, ensuring long-term partnerships and measurable success.
Manage and develop the CTV activity and activation team, ensuring alignment with broader media and performance strategies.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of performance marketing on platforms like Google, Meta etc.
Requirements: Bachelors degree, preferably in Business and Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is an advantage).
Minimum of 8 years of experience with Israeli clients and major local brands; experience with global clients is an advantage
Over 8 years of experience in brand management, 360 media (digital, CTV, offline), and marketing planning.
3-4 years of experience developing and managing full-funnel digital strategies for clients across diverse platforms.
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams across media, performance, and client services.
Strong client-facing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn insights into impactful actions.
Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English and Hebrew both written and spoken.
