We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving process improvements, implementing best practices, and using data-driven approaches to optimize business operations. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and support initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support process improvement initiatives across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement and streamline operations.
Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
Collaborate with business leaders and teams to design and implement operational solutions.
Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and assess the impact of improvements.
Conduct training and workshops to promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation, procedures.
Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving quality, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to operational excellence.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with business process mapping and analysis tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Strong data analysis skills and experience working with data visualization tools.
Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams (advantage).
