The role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead the sales operations function within our AI Business Unit. This is a strategic role, responsible for building scalable processes, enabling data-driven decisions, and ensuring strong operational alignment across Sales, Partnerships, and GTM leadership.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise B2B environments and the ability to lead the domain with full independence. They excel in analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of the domain, reporting directly to the COO of the AI Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of Sales and Partner Operations, supporting both direct and channel sales motions. Channel is a critical part of our GTM, and this role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across that ecosystem
Own CRM and sales tech stack management, including Salesforce, ensuring tools are optimized, data is accurate, and teams are trained and aligned on best practices
Manage the deal desk process and own the pricing list
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales and partners performance
Conduct regular performance analysis, including win/loss reviews, to uncover insights and recommend improvements
Lead strategic planning activities including territory design and quota setting
Support QBRs, performance reviews, and leadership reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success
Requirements: 4+ years in Sales /Revenue Operations in enterprise B2B sales
Experince in fast growing companies
Experience working with channel/partner sales models
Proven ability to own and lead an operational function independently
Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce building workflows, dashboards, reports etc.
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities
