XM Cyber brings a new approach that uses the attacker’s perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks. The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems. We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior BI Analyst to build our Tableau environment from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data visualization principles, and the expertise to transform data into actionable insights. You will play a single and critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Tableau dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making within our organization. Responsibilities:
* Environment Setup: Establish and configure the Tableau environment, including server setup, user access, and security protocols.
* Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to gather, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, MongoDB, APIs) into Tableau.
* Dashboard Development: Design, create, and maintain interactive and user-friendly
* Tableau dashboards and reports that meet the needs of various stakeholders across the organization.
* Data Modeling: Develop and document data models and schemas to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis.
* Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
* Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Tableau reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet performance standards and are scalable.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, guiding them on how to utilize Tableau for self-service analytics.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the Tableau environment, data sources, dashboards, and user training materials.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Tableau features and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance and optimize the reporting capabilities.

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Tech, and Program Managers to define data strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
Design and implement scalable data models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights.
Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and proactively addressing challenges.
Establish and track key operational KPIs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery of insights to support business objectives.
Advocate for best practices in data analysis, visualization, and data storytelling across the department.
Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and impact.

As a BI Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to business and management stakeholders, translating operational and strategic needs into scalable data solutions. You will analyze cross-functional processes, gather and translate requirements into actionable insights, and lead the development of dashboards, tools, and strategies that enable data-driven decision-making. Your work will be key to supporting leadership with insights that drive strategic planning, optimize execution, and support company-wide growth.

Partner with management, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytical and reporting solutions.


Provide visibility into data from key business and operational systems to support transparency and alignment.


Build and maintain dashboards that monitor core business performance metrics.


Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.


Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders using data visualization tools.


Document business requirements and workflows to enable scalable, standardized reporting.

Module row data into data warehouse tables according to data modeling roles and practices.
Design data models and lead result driven analytics process based on Checkout strategy needs: such as customer risk scoring model, customers profiling and segmentation models, etc.
Work with stakeholders in the company, such as GTM, Strategy., Risk, Operations, Product, Tech for their data needs collection and prioritization.
Work with central data team and with Checkout data foundation team to define the Checkout data roadmap and deliverable. Create a process to track progress and timeline, while providing visibility to the different stakeholders.
Design analytical solutions for a wide range of Checkout org needs.
Expand data capabilities to support business decisions by providing accurate and user-friendly data models, insight, reports, and dashboards.
Built a process to support new initiatives go/ no go decision process.
Built an infrastructure to support market research and competitor analysis for benchmarking needs.
Be a hands-on manager while also being a strategic leader and bringing value to the Checkout organization.
Create internal documentation and glossaries of Checkout data structure and measurements.
Promote data driven business thinking and create self-service tools to support employees and managers across the organization.
