Requirements: 6+ years of experience in growth, digital, or product marketing, with a proven ability to drive customer acquisition and retention.
1-2 years of leadership experience, mentoring teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in customer journey optimization, performance marketing, and funnel analysis.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems, with the ability to implement and optimize strategies directly.
Ability to learn new products and systems quickly, ensuring seamless integration of marketing efforts with evolving technologies.
Deep understanding of digital consumer behavior, particularly in digital-first businesses.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in e-commerce, fintech, or consumer tech (experience in a global company is a plus).
Fluency in English and Hebrew is a must.
