Were looking for a motivated Senior controller to join the Finance team in Herzliya.
What Youll Do and What Your Day Will Look Like
You will play a significant role in the global accounting team, taking part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparing required financial statements and tax filings.
You will work directly with multiple stakeholders, including leadership and various departments, to drive key initiatives successfully; develop, implement, refine, and maintain scalable business processes and policies that support the companys growth, KPIs and any other finance requirements, and compliance.
Provide periodical management reporting packages and reporting and analysis as needed internally and externally to our management and investors.
Support and assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
Work with local accountants to ensure compliance with local tax and statutory requirements.
Work with the company's external auditors and other consultants during interim and annual audits and ongoing issues as needed.
Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

* Preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements according to US GAAP.
* Work to ensure all the subsidiaries financial statements comply with local statutory requirements as applicable.
* Guides financial decisions by monitoring policies and procedures through establishing and enforcing internal controls.
* Lead the implementation of Financial and accounting policies across the organization.
* Coordinate and direct activities with external tax and audit teams including annual requirements and special projects.
* Monitor, review and ensure timely filling of tax and other statutory reports in the different jurisdictions.

*  Work closely with subsidiaries in the group, provide support and guidelines
* Reviewing monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes of our company's subsidiaries
* Preparing financial analysis for quarterly and annual reports
* Manage intercompany reconciliations
* Oversee daily operations of the subsidiaries' financials
* Controlling periodical general ledger reconciliations
* Assisting with transfer pricing and ongoing tax matters
* Ensure compliance with internal reporting requirements
* Working with corporate staff
* Ad-Hoc tasks and projects
