This is a dual-role opportunity to shape recruitment strategy while driving meaningful HR initiatives that directly impact our people and culture.
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and create effective hiring strategies.
Create a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative outreach.
Support employer branding initiatives, promoting our culture and values to external talent pools.
Maintain and optimize our recruiting processes, tools, and reporting to ensure efficiency and scalability.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing coaching, guidance, and support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, performance, retention, and more).
Partner with managers to build and maintain a high-performing, values-driven culture.
Monitor the organizational pulse, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to strengthen engagement, enhance the employee experience, and drive continuous improvement.
Translate feedback and data into concrete action plans that support business goals and people growth.
Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are applied consistently, while continuously looking for opportunities to optimize and evolve them.
Requirements: Fluent English at a native level - a must.
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles - a must.
2+ years of experience in HRBP roles - a must.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently - a must.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment lifecycle.
Proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Experience with HR and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Comeet, HiBob.) - an advantage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve with a positive attitude.
