Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Office Manager & PA to CEO to join our team. This multifaceted role blends high-level executive assistance with office operations and HR administrative support. You’ll work closely with leadership and be a central figure in the daily rhythm of the company. Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistant to CEO:
* Manage the CEO’s schedule, travel arrangements, meetings, and communications.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place. Office Management:
* Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
* Oversee facilities management and liaise with service providers.
* Manage office supplies and equipment needs. HR Support:
* Provide administrative support to the HR department (document management, scheduling, data entry, etc.).
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Assist with HR welfare activities.
Requirements: * Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
* Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
