Responsibilities:
Configure and manage firewalls, routers, and switches.
Develop and implement complex networking solutions.
Design and manage data center networks.
Install, configure, and optimize servers.
Provide Linux and Windows Server administration.
Internal Infrastructure maintenance.
Server Configuration management.
Perform advanced network troubleshooting.
Analyze packet captures.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and support teams.
Provide Tier-2 client support.
Implement and manage network monitoring.
Utilize log analysis and visualization tools.
Develop and maintain automation scripts.
DataCenter hands on experience and Backup Tape management.
Work with Virtual Machines.
Requirements: Proficiency in configuring Fortigate and Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
Understand TCP/IP (TCP and UDP) protocol top-to-bottom, including troubleshooting traffic.
Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP), ACLs, and NAT.
Experience designing and managing high-availability data center networks with stringent SLAs.
Experience with Arista, Cisco, Juniper, Dell Force10 network hardware.
Expert-level proficiency in Linux (Red Hat, CentOS/Alma) and Windows Server administration.
Experience with server configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible).
Experience with Internal Infrastructure maintenance (IPMI, BMC, iDRAC, ILO).
Advanced network troubleshooting skills, including packet capture analysis (PCAP) with tools like tcpdump and Wireshark.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to provide Tier-2 client support.
Experience implementing and managing network monitoring solutions using open-source tools (Nagios, Centreon, SNMP, Sflow).
Proficiency in using the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana.
Proficiency in scripting languages (BASH, Python, Perl).
Data Center hands-on experience and Backup Tape management.
Experience working with Virtual Machines.
