Responsibilities:
Create and implement a comprehensive Paid media strategy for UA and Brandformance.
Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices, while combining latest insights and data, continually refining our marketing massaging.
Plan and oversee high marketing budgets, set up, and optimize paid campaigns on multiple platforms and channels, to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work with creative team to create visually appealing assets.
Collaborate with product teams, community managers and other studio departments.
Monitor and analyze Marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of our content and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop an efficient growth process, including new partner onboarding and ongoing relationships.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the mobile gaming industry, including publishers and marketing partners.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer (proven experience with high budgets)
Sharp-minded and creative thinker with passion for Gaming, Marketing, and analytical mindset.
Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendation.
Ability to lead projects from A to Z with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Great communication and collaboration skills.
Proficient with Excel - a must.
Fluent English.
