About the Role We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven professional to take full ownership of the data function at DealHub. As our Business Analysts Lead you will be the key figure connecting data across all departments: from Product to Sales, Marketing to Finance — transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive company-wide decisions. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the way DealHub uses data at scale. You'll work closely with senior leadership, take an active part in setting KPIs, monitor business performance, and provide clear recommendations that impact our roadmap and growth. What you'll do:
* Serve as the company-wide go-to person for data, analysis, and strategic recommendations
* Build dashboards and reports that support decision-making across all departments
* Analyze key business metrics and surface actionable insights
* Work independently with large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
* Partner with leadership to track KPIs and company goals
* Own and optimize our BI tools and data infrastructure
Requirements: What you bring: 4+ years of experience in data/analytics roles, including experience owning data for multiple teams
* Proven experience in SaaS/B2B environments – must Hands-on experience with SaaS metrics, KPIs, and cross-functional reporting
* Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
* Experience partnering with leadership and influencing through data
* Business-savvy mindset – you're not just showing data, you’re telling a story and driving change
* Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment, independently owning your domain Nice to have:
* Experience in RevOps / Product analytics / cross-departmental analytics
* Exposure to tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Snowflake, or DBT
