Responsibilities:
Responding to customer support inquiries and documenting feedback from customers.
Offering technical assistance to users regarding the configuration, setup, and maintenance of products.
Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
Maintaining documentation of problems and processes.
Redirecting unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
Assists customers/employees in navigating technology properly.
Prioritize customer satisfaction in all communications, directing unresolved issues to next-level support.
Provide quick and effective assistance with information technology systems.
Guide employees/customers remotely and in person through systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Description-
Investigate and understand the basis for every line item on our cloud infrastructure invoices
Optimize performance to spend where you need to and redistribute resources
Suggest areas for improving spend by finding better rates or improved technology
Find anomalies in usage patterns and give quick feedback in order to course-correct
Predict, plan, and ensure resources utilization to estimate the need for the future and negotiate a discount or pre-allocate resources
Create business intelligence reporting to inform the broader organization and empower other teams to facilitate cost optimization and minimize waste
Assist in architectural designs and decisions
Having real-time data you can predict and make decisions to optimize costs
Review customer's cloud infrastructure and produce cost optimization reports on monthly bases

We are looking for a System Integrator to join the company integration division, The position is primarily hands on involving delivering and supporting large scale projects. Every project is unique and will require learning new technologies and designing new solutions to meet the R&D requirements & deliver a complete solution with Infrastructure & software to the end customer. The integration team is involved throughout the lifecycle of the R&D process from the development stage lab environments to the full-scale deployment in the customer premise and ongoing support & upgrades once the delivery is complete. Support customers (outside the office) Willingness to travel overseas to customers. On call responsibilities.
